I took my 3 series in for a service and to check out a few little issues. They were able to get me booked in quite quickly and whilst I waited kept me updated with progress and info. This is the first time I used Brookswood and I found them friendly, professional and very very helpful. I will definitely use them again! My car had a condensation issue in the headlight and stopped working just before the MOT was due. Brookswood Automotive supported me with cost effective options, and despite an issue with the replacement part, they worked with me to find a resolution. Super friendly, honest and flexible. Had a window regulator replaced on Jag XF. All sorted and paid less than what was originally quoted. I found the staff very professional with great customer service skills. They even removed two dodgy wheel nuts that I couldn’t remove at no extra cost. I would 100% recommend and will definitely use again (hopefully not too soon!) Thanks again guys 👌🏻
