Amazing customer service. Straight from the start as I arrived I was advised by the mechanic on how the process works. I had my rear brake hoses replaced and got an amazing quote from here. The price is fair and the customer service skills were impeccable. Job was done quickly and well. Was messaged on WhatsApp despite them being closed and was professional and polite. Quote was done first thing in the morning and fitted the same day. I can't remember the front guys name but he was brilliant, I can't fault him on anything. Definitely will use here again.
Can’t fault Jay and the service he delivers. Much cheaper than the larger chain garages is a massive bonus but Jay is polite, prompt at replying to bookings and keeps great communication whilst carrying out the work. 10/10 will definitely be using again!
